Choice and origin
Where does your honey come from?
Our six current apiaries are in Kirchditmold, Nordshausen on Bühlchenweg, Nordshausen on Wegelänge, Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe, Kaufungen and Liebenau. We keep each apiary’s harvests separate. Older summer honey from Vockerode-Dinkelberg is listed separately as remaining stock.
Is every honey always available?
Our range depends on the harvests available and our actual stock. The honeys listed are currently available. Your selection is a non-binding enquiry; we confirm the requested quantities personally and arrange a collection time.
Can I mix honey from different origins?
Yes. Choose your preferred origins and quantities from our honey range. Your selection will be included in the email enquiry. You need at least four jars in total for direct collection.
How much is a jar when collected directly?
€7.50 per 500 g jar · €15.00/kg. Shops set their own retail prices. No payment is taken with your enquiry.
Enquiries and collection
How do I send a collection enquiry?
Choose your honeys, then use the enquiry page to add your name and a way to contact you. The email link opens a prepared draft. Check it and send it yourself using your email application. The website does not send any email automatically.
Does my selection reserve the honey?
Your enquiry is non-binding and does not yet confirm a reservation. We check our stock, reply personally and then arrange a collection time with you.
Can I drop by without an appointment?
Please wait for our personal confirmation. Direct collection in Kassel is available for four jars or more, by prior arrangement. We will give you the exact collection location and other details when we arrange your visit.
What if the email draft does not open?
Email us directly at lecker@honig-aus-kassel.de. Please tell us which honeys and how many jars you would like, along with your name and a way to contact you. You can also call us on 0561 50358853.
Where can I buy individual jars in a shop?
At Biomarkt Greger in Kassel-Wilhelmshöhe and Quer Beet Naturkost in Kassel-Nordshausen. Find their addresses and official websites under Where to buy. Please ask the shop directly about its current range.
